Dr. Amanda Collins receives grant from the American Psychological Foundation

Congratulations to Dr. Amanda Collins, who was awarded a John and Polly Sparks Early Career Grant for Psychologists Investigating Serious Emotional Disturbance from the American Psychological Foundation!

Her grant, titled “Time-varying and idiographic models to determine short-term dynamics of suicide risk,” will investigate the dynamic changes in self-injurious thoughts and behaviors, affect, and depressive symptoms during the high-risk period for suicide for adolescents following discharge from the inpatient psychiatric unit.
